It was inevitable that I became a "therapist" to continue doing what I believe I was created to do. I enjoy helping others to better understand who they are and how they can live their best life. I offer holistic psychotherapy services, focusing on a client’s mind, body, soul and spirit. I have a “soft spot” for women’s issues and can relate personally to the challenges that hormonal imbalances have on mental health. I believe that all of those parts of us need to be nurtured so that healing can take place. Being able to integrate those parts to live in harmony with one another, creates a peaceful, restful state. My passion and heart are for those who battle with negative thinking patterns, low self-esteem and a loss of identity. I understand firsthand how isolating it can be when you don't feel like you belong anywhere or that no one truly understands what you are going through. So, here I am! I provide a safe healing space for you to be able to come as you are...to process and work through your life struggles and learn to walk in your true identity and authentic self. You don't have to do it alone! I am passionate about seeing others create a life that they can enjoy.
